Santa Came to See Us!

Santa came to see Allie and she must have been a really good girl this year because she racked up!

We went to my mom and dad's on Christmas Eve but for some reason, I didn't take any pictures! (I'm horrible, I know) We ate dinner over there and then opened presents with my parents, sisters & their respective others. The gift of the night for Allie was the keyboard that Aunt Joana and Uncle Stephen got for her. She loved it!!

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!

I've Been Tagged!!

This is a picture of Allie the day she was born, 11/8/05. My water broke at home and we rushed to the hospital. 10 hours later (2 1/2 of those pushing) she was here. There has not been a dull moment since. She is truly a blessing!

Now I am tagging 4 others - Here are the rules:

1. Go to your pictures folder.

2. Go to the 4th folder.

3. Choose the 4th picture in the 4th folder.

4. Explain the photo.

5. Tag 4 people.

I am tagging Robyn Forrester, Jamie Watson, Peyton Diliberto & Brandy Totten.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

BB's Attic is here!!

Hey everyone! My mother-in-law has finally started her website selling pillowcase dresses at an affordable price. She loves to sew and has been sewing these for over a year for Allie. With some encouragement from me and other family members, she has decided to start her own website and sell some of her creations!

Her website is www.bbsattic.com and I have a link to it on the right side of my blog under Sites We Recommend.

Please check out her website and try her out. I know you will be pleased with the finished product and your little ones will look just beautiful in them.

Thanks and Merry Christmas!
Jennifer

Christmas Dance Recital

Allie had her Christmas dance recital today at Spain Park High School. She was great in rehearsals but when it came time to get out in front of everyone, she froze! She just stood there. Good thing we got video of the rehearsal! She did look really cute though.

Gatlinburg 2008!

Well, we got back this morning from a week in Gatlinburg. I think that we have shopped and ate ourselves to death! But who can go to Gatlinburg and not have a corn dog from Fannie Farkles, pancakes from the Pancake Pantry and loads of caramel corn, fudge and caramel apples! It was a blast!
We also got a lot of shopping done at the outlet malls and the guys did a lot of laser tag, go carts & mirror mazes.
On Tuesday it snowed while we were going up to Klingman's Dome so we had to stop and get pictures. Bill and I opted out of going to Cades Cove on Friday but they said that there was no snow, just a lot of deer, wild turkeys and squirrels.

We had a great time and can't wait to go back next year!

Playing with BB

Yes, we are still here. It has been a rough couple of weeks. We have all been fighting sickness in our house and have been passing it back and forth to each other. My mother in law came up this week to help me with Allie because I had strep throat and an upper respiratory infection! (Yes, it has been rough)

But we are all on the mend here thank goodness. We are leaving Monday for Gatlinburg and will be there for the week.

We hope that you all have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!

Letters from an Anonymous Person!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary next Friday!!

So, this past Sunday when we got home from Callaway Gardens I found this letter in the mail from an anonymous source. The envelope it came was done in different fonts on a computer and looked like a serial killer had put it together. (I watch way too much CSI). Anyway, inside the envelope was this letter, nothing more.

And then there was the one that came today - See the next post!

2nd Letter!

This one came today. We are not sure yet who is sending the letters, but are anxious to find out soon! I will post the next one when it comes in the mail.

Mr. & Mrs. Kyle Swenson!

We went to Callaway Gardens this weekend for Bill's cousin Anna's wedding. Allie was the flower girl in the wedding and did a great job. The happy couple are now on their way to Mexico for a well deserved relaxing week!

Thanks for a wonderful time Anna & Kyle! See you when you get back!
