Please Pray for Rick Burgess and his family

Rick Burgess, one of the host's of our favorite morning show here in Birmingham, lost his youngest son last night, Bronner. Our hearts go out to this family and we pray that God is wraping His arms around them in their time of grief.
Please take the time today to say a prayer for this family as they are in need of it at this time.
I know that Bronner will be missed by many.

Still Coming Down!

 

The snow is so pretty here today. As soon as Allie gets up from her nap, I am going to let her play in it a little bit.

It's Snowing

 

 

This is a rarity here in the deep South, but we are actually getting some snow this morning. It is really pretty and Allie is ready to get out and play in it.

My Baby is Home!

 

Allie made it home safe yesterday afternoon. We missed her terribly, but it was good for her to go down and visit her grandparents.

It is snowing outside already this morning. I hope that she gets to play in it a little bit.

My New Sleeping Bag

 

Allie got a new Hello Kitty sleeping bag for Christmas from Bill's aunt and uncle. She is enjoying it a lot.

What a Good Mommy!

 

Allie loves playing with her baby dolls. She is a good cook too. I know that she will be a wonderful big sister one day.

Playing in the Pond

 

Allie got a new track suit for Christmas. This is her at Papa and Memaw's in Dothan playing in Papa's goldfish pond.

Future Vet?

 

Allie is back at her BB and Grandad's in Andalusia this week. Here she is working on Holly.

We have been non-stop since Christmas. We went to Dothan for New Year's, and when we got back, we had baby showers and birthday parties to go to. Bill and I got back to work, and I ended up taking another job within my company. I will be starting as a policy analyst on the 21st. I am really excited and can't wait to get started.

So, Bill and I are alone this week. We have got to get organized-Allie got tons of toys for Christmas.
