Sea Lion Splash!

We got to watch the sea lion show yesterday afternoon. They were really cute. All in all, it was a really good day. We all went home and took a nap!

Chillin' at the Zoo

The Savannah

This is the Savannah exhibit at the zoo. You can actually feed the giraffe, but the line was too long yesterday. Maybe next time.

At the Zoo 7/28/07

We met our friend Marlee at the zoo yesterday. She and Allie had a blast playing in the fountains with the other children. It was nice to cool off on such a hot day.

Rehearsal Dinner 7/13/07

Here are a few pictures of the food at the dinner. My camera batteries ran out before I could get some pictures of the tables in the family life center. Anyway, we had a Bar-B-Que celebration after the rehearsal.

Bridesmaid's Luncheon

I forgot to post these. We had the bridesmaid's luncheon at Ross Bridge Renaissance Grill on 7/7/07. Everyone had a good time and the food was delicious. Our gifts for the wedding were a new purse, flip-flops for the reception, earrings, and a manicure/pedicure. Allie got a wedding Build a Bear and flip-flops. Thanks Jessica for a great time!!

Update on Michelle

As some of you know, my friend, Michelle (Sublett) Wilson broke her ankle yesterday while visiting her mom in Atlanta. She was stepping off of a curb, when her ankle turned wrong, breaking 3 bones and dislocating another.
After being rushed to the ER by ambulance, they had to set the dislocation twice-Thanks to the nurse who let go of it the first time! Then they bandaged her up.

This morning she underwent surgery to repair the broken bones. She had 2 metal plates put in and a number of screws to fix her ankle right up. She will stay in the hospital tonight and then go back to her mom's house for a couple of weeks. I think that they will be back here in Birmingham before August 9th, because the girls have to start school.

Please say a prayer for Michelle for a speedy recovery. I will try and get her mom's address if anyone wants to send her some well wishes.

Ice Cream-YUMMY!!

Allie is in Andalusia this week staying with her BB and Grandad. They took her to DQ tonight to get a dipped cone. She is lovin' every bit of it-as you can see.

Wedding Day!

My sister finally got married on Saturday. Here is Allie all dressed up for the wedding. She didn't make it down the aisle, but she sure did look pretty. More pictures to come soon!

Lingerie Shower

Jessica's lingerie shower was this past Saturday. We had a Mexican fiesta! Jessica got lots of cute stuff! She is now ready to go to Cancun!!

Mommy's Shoes

Allie loves shoes!!!! She especially loves walking around in mommy's shoes. She also loves purses, cell phones and make-up! She is definitely a girly-girl.

Bath Time!

Allie loves playing in the tub with her toys. She would stay in there all day if I would let her.
